It’s weird when one of these moments is the biggest heartbreak you’ve ever had as a sports fan, and years later you can see it through the other people’s eyes, but it still stings like a scar.
This tugged at all the heartstrings of a baseball fan in the best way. An unbelievable video, it was a roller coaster of emotions and I appreciate the hell out of it
Favorite moment not in this video: 2019, Albert Pujols returns to Busch Stadium in St. Louis as an Angel for the first time since 2011. He hits a home run and gets a standing ovation and curtain call from the fans. It’s the only time I can remember a player on the away team getting a curtain call from the fans. th-cam.com/video/LMyCb3oKbIg/w-d-xo.html
We love him here (You as well I'm sure, Alex if you're a Cardinals fan). It doesn't matter what his uniform says. He's a Cardinal to us. He could be hitting below the Mendoza line, but if the NL gets the DH forced on them next year (God please no), I want Pujols back. I don't care if its not a good fit. It will still be worth it.

Its one f the most ernest things on the planet. Baseball is magical.
Bartolo Colon's Home Run. Another great one.
You had to include Joe Carter. Damnit. I was loving this video right up to that point.
I felt exactly the same way.

Chase Utley got one in Philly when he hit a Grand Slam with the Dodgers
We should retroactively add in bryce harper’s nlcs home run
How do you not have the 04 Red Sox or the cubs winning the series?
you forgot the gibson homerun
Not showing the 2004 Red Sox in this is a crime, a sin even.
