Oh wait!! I have an old aeropress...like 20 years old. It is a brown one. Are you saying they have BPA in them?

I use an Aeropress with a very fine metal mesh filter using the inverted method. I buy green Ethiopian coffee from an Ethiopian store her in Ottawa, Canada. When roasted it comes to $6.30US per pound. Unbeatable price and it tastes great. Local roasters start at $10.36US per pound and are not nearly as fresh.

To be honest, I have experienced fairly little dripping when doing the espresso-esque recipe and fine grind (8 clicks on Commandante).

4:15 dang he's got a 3 minute steep with 4 paper filters? Mad man, that sounds so empty lol but I'm gonna try it now

Ha - it's definitely longer than the method I typically use. But give it a try and let us know how it turns out and what you think!

Will that flow control cap work on the AeroPress Go? Also will It be sold on Amazon EU as I am In Europe? Love the Go and use It at work and hiking. BTW, thanks for the anti-drip technique with the regular cap, I was struggling to keep my water from dripping through. Thanks for the vid, great help and good news for us AeroPress fans, now we will have a original valve cap for our brewer!

Nah, I bought both. The aeropress is better but the the prismo isn’t bad. Just the aero press definitely cleaner and you don’t have to use the metal filter. The prismo you have to use the metal filter it comes with and you can put the paper on top but the aeropress flow control you can use either or paper/metal filter and even both at the same time for extra filtration.

Clear with flow control leaks due to poor fit and finish on the bottom lip of the press and lack of a rubber seal on flow control cap

@@onocoffee I had to sand lightly against a sheet of 400 grit flat on the counter and ultimately use it with the fellows flow control cap instead of the Aero Press one in order to have the rubber seal. Much better fit
