Pollicis is the genitive or possessive of the latin word for thumb which is pollex. Pollex, in turn, derives from a verb polleremeaning to be strong. , you said pollicis means index finger, that's wrong concept, flexor pollicis longus ( has nothing to do with index finger, ) please correct me if I'm wrong.

Is the lumbriclas diagram wrong?
Because you told 3 rd and 4 th lumbricals will be on either side of the tendon.
But in pic it’s not like that.
