I passed my GED social study test with a 169 score. When I took the GED practice test I scored a 145. So my advice is to study and don't stress to much, go there with confidence and you will be fine. Most of the questions are about comprehension but it helped to know some of the terms and dates of important historical events. You will be fine. Good luck.
I took GED science test and scored 176. But I took 20 practice tests after learning all the material and I averaged all my practice scores at 174 in that subject. I did that for each subject. I’d say most of the practice tests are accurate. Math practice tests I averaged together at 169, and I scored 167 on the real test. All of my real test scores for each subject were within 3 points of my averaged scores on practice tests. I think you’d get a clearer picture, and a different outcome, on the difference between your practice test scores to your real test scores, with a bigger picture of practice tests scores, averaged together. But it seems you didn’t need it. Congratulations, awesome job brother!

Is it as easy as it looks . To me as long as you know the difference between facts and opinions which you learn in elementary everything else is pretty much “read the paragraph and answer the question “ not to much of “studying”

@@aquafinner1505 i got my test tomorrow at 9 am im not nervous ar all it seems to easy , its kind of a mixture of ready and math , as long as you know how to read graphs , its understandable for someone that dropped out in middle school to fail but tbh if 10 people took yhe test i can bet atleast 7 of them will pass with zero studying for THIS subject all the other ones are hard

It’s lots of reading, know range, mode n mean. Word meaning but read and understand the passage before and after the words so u make the best choice, graph. But read to understand what is being ask and I wish u all the best it’s not easy but it’s not hard either. Jus drink water and god luck 🍀

hi! i got confused here at around 32:26, the question asking the order certain events took place. i thought D happened first? but you said C? maybe i'm making a mistake, so could you please clarify? where the passage reads "president andrew johnson and the radical republicans in congress battled for control of reconstruction..." is that not what option d is saying? "radical republicans and president johnson disagreed over reconstruction policies" again, i'm just looking for clarification because i'm confused. thank you for making these videos! i have passed all my tests so far and only have one more to go until i get my GED.

Hi I love your videos, they help so much, I was wondering can you do a turorial on how to take the ged test from home and do i have to take a practice test before doing the actual test? (from michigan)
I don't know if you still need help with this, but I'll post this in case someone else wants step by step on how the testing process works. I've done it 3 times and all I have left now is the social studies (hence me being here lol). The first thing you need is a room and a desk you can be in where absolutely no one will come in and interrupt. If someone does walk in while you're taking a test, it will be automatically invalid and all your money and efforts will go to waste. Second, yes you do need to take the practice test to be eligible for the online test, but the practice test isn't monitored at all, so I normally just take it on the bed or couch lol. Once you have the practice test passed, you can now go and schedule your real test from the available times it gives you. You need to check in 30 minutes before your scheduled time and have your desk completely cleared, a guarantee that no one will come into the room during the test and a clear environment. They make you take pictures of your environment before starting and of your photo ID and of yourself. You'll wait for a proctor in the queue to monitor your testing. And if they don't like your pictures the proctor will ask you to pick up your computer and physically show them your workspace. Which isn't the worst but it's really nerve wracking for some reason lol. They're very strict (at least in my experience) about you staying in view of the camera. They got mad at me because I slouched too much and told me to lift up my head. It's very stressful tbh but I'd still much prefer it to being in person since other people physically watching me test can be really difficult. As soon as you hit submit and the limited testing screen is gone, you're free to close the remaining windows and close your computer if you want. Your results should arrive in your email within minutes. Hope that helps.

Hi, thank you for watching. This is a tricky question. The GED Testing Service wrote this question and the passage, so unfortunately, I don't know exactly how they wanted us to interpret it. The way I'm looking at it, it says that President Johnson wanted "even milder" conditions than those proposed by Lincoln. Since Johnson wanted “even milder” conditions, we have to assume that Lincoln wanted mild conditions in the first place.

Nahhh I just took my test 07/8/24 & I did not study for it. But I came across this video and studied on this All night no cap 😂& I passeddd with a high score. Definitely recommend this video and all you gotta do is believe in yourself & trust yaweh 💕💕❤️

Is this the exact question on the GED test?
hi! i got confused here at around 32:26, the question asking the order certain events took place. i thought D happened first? but you said C? maybe i'm making a mistake, so could you please clarify? where the passage reads "president andrew johnson and the radical republicans in congress battled for control of reconstruction..." is that not what option d is saying? "radical republicans and president johnson disagreed over reconstruction policies"
again, i'm just looking for clarification because i'm confused. thank you for making these videos! i have passed all my tests so far and only have one more to go until i get my GED.

Hi I love your videos, they help so much, I was wondering can you do a turorial on how to take the ged test from home and do i have to take a practice test before doing the actual test? (from michigan)
I don't know if you still need help with this, but I'll post this in case someone else wants step by step on how the testing process works. I've done it 3 times and all I have left now is the social studies (hence me being here lol). The first thing you need is a room and a desk you can be in where absolutely no one will come in and interrupt. If someone does walk in while you're taking a test, it will be automatically invalid and all your money and efforts will go to waste. Second, yes you do need to take the practice test to be eligible for the online test, but the practice test isn't monitored at all, so I normally just take it on the bed or couch lol. Once you have the practice test passed, you can now go and schedule your real test from the available times it gives you. You need to check in 30 minutes before your scheduled time and have your desk completely cleared, a guarantee that no one will come into the room during the test and a clear environment. They make you take pictures of your environment before starting and of your photo ID and of yourself. You'll wait for a proctor in the queue to monitor your testing. And if they don't like your pictures the proctor will ask you to pick up your computer and physically show them your workspace. Which isn't the worst but it's really nerve wracking for some reason lol. They're very strict (at least in my experience) about you staying in view of the camera. They got mad at me because I slouched too much and told me to lift up my head. It's very stressful tbh but I'd still much prefer it to being in person since other people physically watching me test can be really difficult. As soon as you hit submit and the limited testing screen is gone, you're free to close the remaining windows and close your computer if you want. Your results should arrive in your email within minutes. Hope that helps.

Hi, thank you for watching. This is a tricky question. The GED Testing Service wrote this question and the passage, so unfortunately, I don't know exactly how they wanted us to interpret it. The way I'm looking at it, it says that President Johnson wanted "even milder" conditions than those proposed by Lincoln. Since Johnson wanted “even milder” conditions, we have to assume that Lincoln wanted mild conditions in the first place.
