honestly this random ass error comes on from time to time. just reset it, reseat the cartridge and go on with your life.
also probably just get tanker (refillable) printer.

Por si no has conseguido respuesta eso es un objeto trabado en el paso de la hoja, incluso una basurita te da esa falla, otra y menos probable es que algun pestillo o pieza del mecanismo jalador no este funcionando

But there's another question, i take out the printer head part, i press it with tissue. I can see there is black, yellow, mangenda and cyan. But when i print my documents, there is no yellow and black coming out..... is there any possible solution?
