Hey Jeffrey, to be honest i dont really have a favourite as I hardly ever baste. Think its the upbringing that you never buy basted meat at the butcher (might be a disguise for bad meat) anyways I have come to enjoy chimmichurri sauce and hot sauce similar if that helps. I do make a basting sometimes (out of sauces we have at home) olive oil, chutney, tomato sauce, spices and herbs maybe a dash of lemon. Hope I have answered your question. Stay safe man. 🔥🔥😆
