One of Lu's best songs for sure, and that's saying ALOT lol Tetsuo & Youth is absolutely exquisite in every way, Dots & Lines & Prisoner 1&2 are personal favorites outside of this & Mural. Also the music video "1234" by Lupe is a pretty wild ride worth checking out. Its one video for Lamborghini Angel's, ITAL (Roses), & Audobon Ballroom. Enjoyed it fellas, looking forward to more 👍
With the yoga positions, if you look at it in order it's kinda a stripper routine or also like a model in a magazine (vogue). Its a juxtaposition of yoga being something meditative and good for your body contrasted with the stripper stuff that is less wholesome. It also ties into the stripper stuff at the end of the song.
2nd verse is a reference to vogue magazines and how women sell there souls to get in that game. Just how the 1st verse was about young men selling there souls to be in the street life.
To be fair....this is so deep its picked up on radios in tunnels. I been wactching every si called breakdown and no one really has yet. The babies and album covers are easy. Certain lines are easy...in this bitch...thats vulgar. Sonogram of baby in the womb. There is a ton of actual adoration of the magi going on here...a baby. Tying all the religion to the game controllers and the systems. One had 2 buttons one had three buttons....now you seeing somthing that wasnt there. Coexist, the game systems coexist. Jews and Arabs ride rollercoaster and yet another video game reference that incorporates religion. Im doing my best to figure this out and still lost with the yoga poses. Is that a diss to posers or fakes.....
