I was doing raids with a group and then our raid 15 boss glitched so two people attacked it till the boss died then I got banned for “bug abuse,” I did not use any hacks or anything to get there so I really need help to get in ban… any suggestions

Was by entertainment district and saw a group in the distance jumping someone else. it was inevitable that they saw me and I was minding my own business hunting blue demons to get the rust off. Then I get mirrored because ofc he’s moon and I lost after getting jumped by his friends. Well I came back and won a 1v5 almost 6 because an insect came to help but I logged before they came back. Fought 2 moons, hybrid water,a Rengoku flame slayer,and a noob at the same time. It felt very satisfying considering how toxic they were.
