I have the same unit . I do have the same “overcurrent “ code, but compressor still works . My issue is that it does not produce 100 degree air inside during heat mode . Head pressure is super high 450 + but only 85-90 degree air on all three heads
lmao. me too! I had a daikin installed and 15 months later L5 error. VRV Life unit. These new high tech units might be energy efficent and all that, but all the technology makes these things computers now. And the boards are sitting outside roasting in the summer and freezing in the winter. What could go wrong to pcb boards.. Have old unit lasts decades maybe need a new capacitor that costs 10 bucks at a local parts store. Now its some pcb board you have to order online. Just crazy.

@@olivers.garcia8412 if you check the service manual it has a flow chart, could be inverter, compressor or pcb. So don't just go out and buy something not knowing what it is service manual for these are on daikin's website we all can get. just google: Inverter instantaneous overcurrent (DC output)

Hi, check the heatsink, replace the thermal compound from the IPM, IGBT module
Use it not even one year and now it is broken down .

Or a bad compressor will cause an error code L5...
I incounter L5 error in my cousin's inverter A/C ... IS THERE ANY WAY TO REPAIR THE PCB
Maybe, it depends how the demage.. Sometimes it's only the IPM, IGBT module
