One of my favorite Maiden songs and albums as well. I love the story, in this song. It’s the struggle we all face whether we recognize it or not.
I found Camille and Kennery because I searched for a video of "Fear of the Dark", and I saw those two beautiful girls with their harp, and I thought: "What in the world..."; as a hardcore Metalhead you look for drum and several guitars, even keyboard is not standard. Surely not harps! I listenend, listened again, and I was fascinated. From this day on I became fan of their music. It's quite the contrast when you look into my CD board... you see Hardrock, Metal, Metal, Metal, Hardrock, Metal, HARP MUSIC, Hardrock, Metal... 😂
Iron Maiden is my favorite Metal band, and this arrangement on harps is great! Well done, girls! 🥰🥰

This beautiful harp rendition (6 years ago) of the Iron Maiden's song 'Dance of Death' made me realize the connection of this song with the song 'Astronomia' by Tony Igy, that now in 2020 is being used as the 'coffin dance' by the african black guys. Unbelievable!!

I do have a sense of humor lol A dancer in life his shoes to big to fill with each step he takes he dances to death at a slow pace one foot at a time his worries they soon fade as he comes to see what lies ahead thinking not about this world and it's temptations but a better one to come Yes the dance is difficult dark and sometimes sour but he will dance not afraid to the end to his grave.

We were inspired because we had a wonderful time playing live with these talented musicians when we were in Paraguay performing for the World Harp Festival. We had a stand-alone harp duet concert sponsored by the Embassy after the festival and we invited our musician friends to come in to perform with us for several songs near the end of our show. We re-created one of the songs here and added in Kevin, our awesome drummer friend in England. Kevin, and LT, the bassist, also contributed their sound to our *Girls Just Wanna Have Fun*.
We have some more fun collabs coming this year. ;) ;)

Then we include the information under or on the video. Other times we have chosen not to include the location for our personal privacy and safety. Or we are asked to protect the location - even if it is a "public" location - because we were able to film as a special exception (since we are a very small operation and unobtrusive - and leave no "footprint").
