Yes, the video and audio are out of sync here. It's an edited video with the Korean subs so whoever made this unfortunately introduced some sync issues to it. The original video off the Blu-ray/DVD doesn't have this problem. And no, Taka never lip syncs. Ever. The guy sings even when he's sick (and you can hear it in his voice, like with "We are" at Ambitions Japan Dome Tour), so there's no way he would lip sync when he's in perfect shape like he was at this concert. They just adjust the key and stuff if the song is difficult to sing live. I was at this specific concert and this was their last tour before the pandemic hit. No one could've imagined that we would go like 2 years without concerts after this. Crazy to think back on it.

Watching the video makes me want to go to live shows again. Three special live performances are scheduled for them in Japan in May, but I will not be able to attend any of them this time. It is really a pity.😭

Everyone has to watch the 2012 Yokohama arena version of it. His parents were at that concert and because of that he gets so emotional he breaks down and doesn't sing part of the chorus. It's the most emotional performance he's given.
