The Royal Navy fought better than the Kriegsmarine during the Battle of Jutland? However, it seems to me that the English losses were much greater in both ships and men and it was only an overwhelming numerical superiority and the orders of the Kaiser that made the Germans flee (I am neutral in this matter, I should point out).
They did have more losses, but it was an overall tactical and strategic victory. Does that mean they fought better? Not necessarily, but I see no point in claiming one or the other.
@@Tealice1 The German gunners fired faster and more accurately, the English shells had an unfortunate tendency not to explode. Without Jellicoe's fortunate arrival, Beatty would have been blown to pieces, I mean nothing more or less.
@@aker1993 The strategic victory was total, we completely agree on that and there is no discussion, I was just talking about the battle, the number of ships sent to the bottom and the number of unfortunate sailors who died.

yeah they didnt. germans fired more accurate shorts but brits could soak more damage.
