There is no evidence or news reports that the red-headed boy Rusty Keller was killed. Which means he's alive. Unfortunately, the dark-haired boy, Harry Blackstone, 3, died at 25 in 1984 at his place of employment. But, he brought a lot of joy to people through these great music videos. And his memory lives on this way.
The red-headed boy is still alive. His name is Rusty Keller. Besides working with Mike Curb he appeared in an episode of The Waltons and, James at 16. The rumor of him getting killed at Mc Donalds is false
The character played by Rusty Keller in The Waltons and James at 16 is very likely the redhead in the M. C. Congregation as the resemblance (facial features and build) between the two is stunning. Unfortunately, I haven't found out anything else about Rusty since those appearances, and it's been over 40 years. Such a talented kid, it's surprising (and a shame) he didn't continue performing and making a name for himself. Lastly w/r/t the rumor of his getting killed at McDonalds 10 years after the M. C. Congregation performances, that would have occurred in the early to mid 1980s, which is well past The Waltons and James at 16 episodes. Maybe, with luck, we'll find out more about what happened with this guy.

I don't know what happened to the adults. But, I can tell you about the four children. Patti Cahoon is the blonde girl. She has had many acting credits throughout her career. And she may have a website. Teresa Jaw is an Asian girl. She was on a couple of Andy Griffith shows, notably Mayberry RFD. She's from Hong Kong and may have settled there. Rusty Keller is the red-headed boy. He has acting credits in James at 16, The Waltons, and The A-Team. I've researched the rumors of his death at McDonald's. And there are no news reports of him being killed or even buried. I can only assume the story is false. Unfortunately, the dark-haired boy, Harry Bouton, III, died at work while working on a truck. He was a part-time mechanic. He was 25 at the time of his death. He was also the lead singer of his band, White Lightening. Harry was also a magician like his famous father and Grandfather. He is buried with them in a cemetery for magicians in Michigan. Harry is also in an episode with Rusty in James at 16. The show can be found on TH-cam. It's episode 16, the first season. Harry is not credited because it's a non-speaking role. He's sitting at a table with other teens. Rusty is speaking to James the main character by a kitchen sink. He has a few lines.
She's not a beauty queen, but there is "something" about the little short-haired brunette in blue (1:21-25). Her personality just projects out as "adorable".
Her name is Lisa and the long haired guy is Ty. I was 8 years old and dragged to these rehearsals (parents in band). I thought Ty was really cool and nice, and i always stared at Lisa's...well, ya know. But i had a HUGE crush on Joanie (the blonde who looks like I Dream of Jeanie) 😂
I found out the dark-haired boy was the son of the famous magician Harry Blackstone Jr. The young man died in the mid-1980s in a trucking accident at the age of 24.
I love the voices of those four children in the congregation!

Nora, we need proof of that. That Rusty is still alive.
He looks like Mike Lookinland (Bobby Brady).
This song is great! I would like to know what happened to the members of this group.
So would there families pal...
So would I.

My mistake. It's Harry Bouton Blackstone, III. And it's not an Asian girl. It should read the Asian American girl. I apologize for the typos.

She's hotter than donut grease!
Nice version
Anyone know who all the members were?
The two that intrigue me most are that gal in blue with the short, black hair, and that young guy in the orange and yellow with the long hair.

Wasn't Mike Curb a Lt. Governor of California?
Yes he was.

The sweetie at 2:05 is hotter than donut grease!
She's mine! Hands off!
That's Nancy Sinatra. She had a tight body back then
@@miked3168 No, the brunette. Turns out the blonde is not NS.
I was wondering about this, but does she look a little like Liza Minnelli?
@@divingduck1970 Are you talking about the dark long hair wearing purple?

The red boy scared the living crap out of me!
