Oh but if you are asking about EX Arcade Mode, it's a certain button combination you have to press & hold when you select Arcade Mode from the main menu. EX Arcade Mode allows for the "secret characters" such as "Champion Edition" Ryu, Ken, Chunli, Zangief, Dhalsim, Sagat, & M. Bison, as well as Evil Ryu, Shin Akuma, and of course Cammy to potentially appear in the arcade ladder one-player mode. EX Arcade Modes are also available in all the other games in SFA Anthology except for Hyper SFA and Pocket Fighter.
When at the character select screen, go to Bison (Vega), press start twice and Cammy will appear for selection but have to be street fighter alpha 2 gold from playstation 1 or the ps2 versión of this video bro or Zero 2 special edition.
