Hi You Three, I know this was from 6 mths ago but I just saw the video today and wanted to make a suggestion. The goldish coin that dropped separately twice may have been a Secagawea Coin. These coins came out in the year 2000 and one was in the news yesterday because it sold for 4,000.00. It's a one dollar coin that was sponsored by Cheerios and the FED RESERVE. They are very rare as only 5,000 were released. You might have had this coin because the machine kept rejecting it. I know it would be difficult to look thru all those pennies but when a machine keeps rejecting it AND it's bigger than the other pennies, those might be easier to spot. The possibility of finding them may be easier too if you buy units that have not been visited in 15 or 20 years and you see change jars in the units. Good Luckl!
What you found are 107K Ohm single surface-mount resistors. They're cheap mass-market components from China, they sell them for $9.99 per hundred.
I'm surprised you couldn't identify the round 50 foot tape measure - they were in common use when I grew up.
I worry about you sticking your hand in bags and pockets without looking. Please be careful while you are being absolutely awesome! I root for the two of you that you find priceless valuables. One day, I believe we will see that!

I love that mystery music in the beginning and if you want I’m sorta old so I could be in an ear bud from a remote locations saying things like. “ that’s a bridal jewelry honeymoon sachet , look in the pockets “ or, “ “those are used to blah blah blah” so many times I know what something is. Because I’m old lol and y’all miss the moment to chat it up. Anyway, My grandson and I want to but on a until but when I was looking at some online and I asked a question about the place auctioning it off going through the unit and photographing jewelery( I asked if that was a common procedure of storage companies) and I asked nicely. The sent me an email saying they were canceling that unit. Lol was it me? Because I looked a few days later and it was still being auctioned.

The "metal table" is a folding bench to stand on, used primarily to hang drywall on a ceiling. But, of course, they can be used for other work as well, even as a table!! Former owner was a painter, obviously, thus the folding bench. Airless sprayers, compressor etc. Heavy duty soldering iron for doing maybe window panes that set with lead tapes. 50 foot or maybe 100 foot tape measure. Jigsaw blades,
what you found in those two little boxes are resistors with 255K ohms of resistance. The Uwell box was for vape tank.
What are the resistors used for? Ohms? Does it have to do with sound or frequency?
I list all power cords. People are always looking for specific cords, and you usually get anywhere between $5-35 each
Good way to get rid of them because we always have so many from storage units

I'm a three time cancer survivor and I lost the love of my life 💔 in August of 2022 to cancer. One of the things that helped me was watching Treasure hunting with Jebus. My husband and I watched it together and loved the energy and excitement of Jebus and Amber and the rest of the family. It is still my favorite TH-cam channel. If you watch some of the older videos Jebus talked about how long it took and how many different things he and Amber went through before they hit on something that took off. So good luck with your channel and I hope it works for you.

Do keep in mind that real copper pennies are worth around 2 cents by weight. Even though it's not legal to melt them for scrap they are still worth saving for when they are which happens ever so often if I'm not mistaken. :)

Ingersol rand is top of the line air compressor, their big ones go for 3500$ or more, probably went with the paint guns, some old tools go for stupid money, even the small stuff, people love them because they don’t break and are meant to last unlike today’s tools for the most part everything is made to fail or be replaced
Those paint guns were self contained Don't require an air compressor Besides that one in particular is to far to small to operate a paint gun Most likely for nail guns

Seems like he was a builder of some type of electronics, maybe they are an artist of many things.
The one tote of rc cars I can tell you the one is a traxxas slash which is higher end. A few of them actually looked like they were traxxas. So depending on what's all there and what parts you have you could get a good $200 or more

at 4:26 and 5:50- those are Surface Mount Resistors - you put them on circuit boards.The 107k or whatever is how many ohms of resistance they provide
Yo guys, the doctor is in da house...lol....with all the randomness of this unit, IMHO, you may have stumbled onto the "Lair of the wild California Crackhead"....or perhaps the "Den of the Yellow fronted Chrystal Meth head"... both are known for tearing perfectly good stuff apart, and hoarding all the now useless wires, and power units, etc...they then hide them away in secret caches, known as "Storage Units", forget where those hidden treasure troves are, and move on to do it ALL over again...these unusual specimens are not indigenous to California ,although they are very prevalent in that area. They seem to like to congregate in large cities and small towns across the U.S. and Canada, and help to keep the Waste management companies, local recycling and sorting centers, and landfills in business....The assorted tools, clothes, loose change, etc, that you rescued from an ignoble demise will earn you a good reward for your hard and arduous work. The round brown thing with the handle is a construction tape for measuring large areas.
Pull the little tag that is on the edge and the measuring tape will come out. Usually 25-50 feet ! Have fun !
Oh and the
handle is also for winding the tape back in

I used to think his mama did the clothes and stuff on posh mark as her part. I’m positive they find tons of name brand and sometimes even vintage clothes they could make a whole stream of money on alone. I mean enough to live on. I hope they start doing it. Or maybe Jebus want me to move out there and be in charge of all the clothes and shoes and bags except of course I can leave the Nikes y’all collect. I know I could make a living off if it.

It seems that they've become more shoe focused - no skin off my nose, but I totally agree that there is a nice $$stream in some of those clothes! I remember Steven saying that the goal with storage units was to have content, not make money 🤷♀️ whatever works for them 😀 they keep me entertained 👍 but I do cringe sometimes when I see clothes in certain units 🤪 I do remember mama doing some sorting and helping with Poshmark at one point, too. Infamous California window breaking item. I’m pretty sure that’s a thing that heats up then helps melt stuff to Circuit boards also this rc parts if you take them apart you could sell them for $50-70 the rc wheels could go for $15-35

The 255k is the value of the voltage of whatever electronic was in there. Like if it were capasitors voltage max would be 255k or 107k

I'd say someone was a street artist and possibly a trash or found objects sculptor. All the random e lectionary and other pieces could be put together into assemblage art the molded masks. Drawings, paint sprayers, stencils etc.

The mask stuff is similar to what we would call a “death” mask. Most often they were used for making prosthetics for Halloween, etc. this one looks like it was used for decoration. It is in fact someone’s actual face.
