Mention- The role of nurses can't be denied. They are very hardworking in AIIMS and Peripheries. But in many Medical Colleges like ours phlebotomy, IV drip, etc are not done by them which in AIIMS they perform. During hadover for 1 hr there is no nurse in ward which compromises healthcare but it goes on like this because authority doesn't pay heed. So this is the experience of most PGs.
