Won't lie oath breaker best weapon for parries it it has larger parry frames compared to most weapons.( I am not completely sure but whenever i use it i tend to parry a lot more. )

Parry frames in this game is based off animation keyframes so prob oath breaker parry anim having more parry frames cuz of that
