He speaks English like a Filipino native. He doesn’t have a korean accent in it.
EDIT: I don’t even know why y’all coming for me. I didn’t say this in an insulting way but in a factual way. For one, I typed this comment just hearing him talk for a minute since I was quite astounded that he didn’t have a thick korean accent but an accent like of a well-educated filipino. Several minutes after, that’s the time I learned that he grew up in the Philippines and everything made sense. I didn’t bother to edit this comment (until now) since I was too absorbed in his speech. I hope this clears all misunderstandings on this.
P.S. He really is a good speaker and I think that he could be a great motivational speaker one day. Animo La Salle! 💚

i did not graduate. was able to get a good job, a great job actually. then eventually had my own business which went bankrupt last year. when most of my batchmates are now what society view as "made" (the houses, the cars, the trips abroad, you name it), i never felt i failed. never attended reunions for i have this feeling that there will always be judgment. where you live, what vehicle you own, what places you've visited. i may be someone who did not make it. but for me, i was always there. i enjoyed and enjoying life. for me, i had and has a life. if tomorrow i die, i will be grateful for the life lived. never look up. always look down. that is my view in life. i still feel blessed for there are more people who have less, much less in life compared to me. for me, then and now, diploma is just a piece.of paper. no, i am not advocating for students not to finish college. go for it but i did not. i just felt then that i won't need it to live a happy and contented life. and i have no regrets at all.

One time in your life after graduates you lost fire to be better and achieve. Everything becomes dull. That's my situation now. But watching this, make me think again and hope again.

The best graduation speech I heard is from the High School Grad.in Padapada High School Province of Tarlac,Her inspirational speech turns only from books to computer, from one whole sheet of paper to one half, one forth and length twice...she is so smart to explain it all and connected it all by the failure and successful.
