  • Today we are going to connect App Services to VNets through private endpoints.
Private endpoints will allow you to bring the PaaS service into your virtual network. The Private Endpoint uses an IP address from your Azure VNet address space.
Improved security and on-premise connections through a VPN or ExpressRoute connection are the benefits of using this.
If you just need a secure connection, connect to your app service use service endpoints.
At least your app service should be running on premium tier and when you enable Private Endpoints to your Web App, you disable all public access.

If I connect to a database via key vault using managed identity, does the logic apps needs to be in same vnet as database? I tried using the get secret action in logic app, it failed and I am unable to retrieve the key. I am working on a enterprise application.
