I love these videos, and feel so sad that people were criticising your last one! Not every day is a healthy day, in fact I often eat like that! These videos don't include the amount of excer use you are doing, or how far you are walking and moving in a day, so it doesn't show people why you're eating what you're eating, which is why it might have been judged! Urvashi Deshpande um, refined carbohydrates with processed, carcinogenic meat and not enough of any of those vegetables to constitute a portion is NOT healthy. Make it wholewheat pasta with chicken and even more vegetables and it'd be a much better meal. No leaves required.
