Liz gives us an overview of a Cranial Sacral Therapy position - the Occipital Base Release. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
The go get it girl move was hilarious
00:28 "you don't want them to be taunt" LOL
Great practical techniques, well illustrated. Thank you! Gonna use these on a client today.
thank you for your explanations :-) keep the good work, you are helping many people.
Omg I need this right now!!
She shouldn't really be asking the client to lift her head herself constantly
Thanks !
"neck is always tight, because these muscles are tight for some reason" the reason is because of poor posture. Most people have "anterior head carriage" or "upper cross syndrome." this means that the person's head is extended forward from their mid line. The natural lordotic curve in ones neck decreases and ends up straightening out.
in order to keep ones eyes level with the horizon and with the ground, one will need to extend the occiput backwards, and the eyes have to be looking "up." This combination of poor posture and eyes being up causes the base of the neck to get over stressed.
so while this massage technique is awesome, and we all could benefit, lets get to the cause, not the symptom. Let us be more aware of our posture!
this article is legit
As they say "that was legitness"
Posture does not correspond with pain
@@matematic5256sometimes it does
You should not move the head that quickly, the equilibrium could be affected. The therapists should lift the head, not the client. Other than that, good demonstration of cst.
You should never have to ask the client to lift their head up. You should be able to do that yourself.
Would this benefit over active thyroid? Thanks
where and how can you get certified to do this
My mom suffers with severe cramp on her leg. Very painful...can u help?
Never ask the client to lift her head...That is totally the therapist job. And this is not a Cranial Sacral Massage
Very informative though
Occipital Base Release IS a CST technique!
it seems like they are hideing allof mines.
I'm in love.
No shit. She's a knockout!
first time ,o goodness you got me ,
Any one know who this therapist is?
This has absolutely nothing to do with Cranial-Sacral treatment. It is a simple massage to the neck, done with poor technique.
Nice voice, pretty girl, nice massage but not cranial sacral therapy.
I try to focus on the video.
and I fucking can't.
all I can do is sob my soul out.
people always think
I'm much-much older than I am.
and it's so-so very-very humiliating.
it fills me with overwhelming
grief and rage and shame.
how will I ever attract a mate,
if the opposite sex isn't attracted to me?
I literally die inside.
part of me dies:
from the powerlessness and the shame...
The girl giving the massage is so pretty
No matter what. I would love being treated by that girl.
Agreed
Girl you got it all, marry me!
Bad demonstration. You never rotate the neck, unless a orthopedic doctor agrees. It can do more harm.
O.o
She's lowkey fine
0:40 racist
It really is just a comical attitudinal expression, and how easy it is to remember the motion as a result?
What was racist about it?
