I think the lemon/lime is better from my little experience
A lot of people prefer this but it could be more stressful and lemon and lime are not as cheap as oranges in some regions. Nice one.

Alum does the job, so does garri. Which one be use all three methods
Alum is the easiest. If you don't like alum, use garri.
