@@DesertSky928 Kimi is a quite open guy if you get to know him..or if he lets you get to know him... People like Vettel can probably talk with him for hours.. Its different if hes with friends and when he just has to make a 15min interview with someone he barely knows. (Not that I know him but thats how I think it is.)

Yeah dude my attention spam is very low if there is no video for my eyes to cling too I start wondering off.
I love the atmosphere this podcast has: Just them sitting in a hotel room, talking about so many different things, cleary enjoying themselves and Daniel later on munching his cold salmon! Tom really has to keep his questions close, otherwise they'd talk about God and his wife all night long xD
Plus: So great to literally *hear* Daniel smile widely throughout this whole interview, that had me grinning, as well :D

Love his dodgy sense of humour! Such an Aussie! I loved hearing from him in this way. It’s such an eye opening talk, as ever. I hope Renault can fight their way to the front in the next few years and he can win the championship title he deserves.
He will be retired before that happens. Honestly think that Renault will leave F1.
I’m glad to hear he is so passionate about music, I can relate to that.
I hope he does get a championship but that won't happen in Renault no matter
how the French team will progress
And personally i believe that 2021 will be a crucial year for him and his choices then will affect a lot his career until he retires... 😢
So 2021 I think will probably be his last chance for a championship fight
He clearly wants to leave Renault by 2020, as Abiteboul once said they are running the team with a little more money than Toro Rosso, and Toro Rosso budget isn’t even half 2021 budget cap.

Ricciardo has to be one of the most likeable and human athlete's we have in this world honestly. How can you hate the guy.
I feel like I've learned so much from this episode. He could have failed so many times, but he didn't. Instead, he pulled out the best from every moment even from the worst situations. Ricciardo is even a better driver than everyone thinks. Such a resilient person.

No matter what kind of day you are having, hearing from Danny can just make you laugh. All his tales were fascinating and I can just imagine the nephew money incident 😂 thanks to you both for this podcast
it's funny, because of danny ric I really got into F1, basically just as "nerdy" as he sees himself with UFC and MMA. I went from a little bit of interest in f1, to checking the formula 1 app, listening to podcasts and press conferences as often as possible. even started to go karting every now and then. crazy how one person can get you hooked on a sport.

The future of F1 is in good hands, at least in terms of the characters of the talent at the center. Just watched Russel, Albon, and Norris and they are HILARIOUS and whip-smart. Ricciardo is equally funny but is totally comfortable being real and serious and digging into meaningful ideas; a great balance from a mature and unique character.
What a great fella one of the true top notch competitors and human beings. Hats off Danny Ric.
Such a great ambassador for the sport. And for Australia. A fierce driver and quite clearly a good man, totally uncontaminated by pretension or wankery. It would be so great if he could end up in a championship winning car, whether Renault brings it in 2021 or he goes somewhere else.

He is always fun to watch in interviews, and the press conference where he had Lando Norris cracking up was really cool. I knew that a Beyond The Grid podcast with him would be exceptional. Thank you for having him on.
Such a great guy to have on the grid. I sincerely hope that either Renault improves enough to contend for championships or he can get into a Ferrari or Mercedes seat in 2021.
