esssssssssssssstealing
right to jail
This might seem random but Jesus loves you and times aren’t good and we need to rely on Jesus to guide us because we see corruption everywhere and so much sin and corruption everywhere. Relationship over religion. Jesus is a prayer away and just because you haven’t had an experience with Him doesn’t mean He’s not real
@@gabrielrivas377 You're right that was really random. Straight to jail for you!
I love that he was so disgusted by the public meeting that he left just to rant about it while it goes on in the background.
I never actually laugh out loud during sitcoms but this guy is something else, nailed the delivery
Can I tell you that I LITERALLY never noticed the people in the fucking background and I have watched this shit 1000 times 🤣 thank you ! It's even funnier now
"undercook, overcook, jail" this is seriously comical genius.
I always wonder how people manage to misquote videos playing right in front of them that are less than a minute long.
“You undercook fish- jail.”
Japan: (Looks around nervously)
“You overcook chicken-jail.”
*Southerners deep frying their chickens: The hell he’s talkin’ about?
"Undercook, overcook" the delivery and facial expression on this absolutely obliterates me lmfao
I think they cut so hard from that frame because he was about to break character. I honestly think he barely got through that joke and I don't blame him.
he’s so happy and excited that he’s targeting the problem from both angles. so funny
"We have the best patients in the world because of jail"
Gets me every time 😂
@@davidpankuch3916 patients. he just gone done saying that if you make an appt with a dentist and miss it: jail. so, 'we have the best patients in the world... because of jail'
"You are _ethteeealing_ "
"You are charging too high prices for eh, _ethweater_ ..."
When I first saw this episode, I knew nothing about Armisen. I could not stop laughing not just because it's a funny character, but because as a Venezuelan I was noticing that he was not just playing a generic Latin American strongman, he was playing a Venezuelan "militar". It was the first time I ever saw a Venezuelan being portrayed in American television, comedically. He not only nailed the accent. He and his crew play *exactly* how a Venezuelan military man behaves, particularly under Chavez & Maduro. I was blown away. Then I found out he's half-Venezuelan, and that explained it all. He clearly spent alot of time there, and is close to the culture. Bravo!
He can do a different impression for every Latin American country. He is a wizard.
He is awesome. And as someone who has been to central America (not South America) those militares are too much.
Thanks for the insight! The guy is amazing with accents in general: th-cam.com/video/G72tZdjnS2A/w-d-xo.html
“Playing music too Loud, right to jail. Right away” The emphasis he puts on “right away”, I believe him and Im laughing every single time for it.
lmao me too. its like hes implying, we don't tolerate that shit AT ALL
They way he said made it seem like it was the worst thing you could do 😭😭
@@Miguel_Molina There should a law against playing shitty music too loud here in North America!
"murder is one thing but PLAYING MUSIC TOO LOUDLY? dude right to jail for thinking about doing that"
As a Venezuelan, his accent is spot on.
If your accent is too good believe it or not...jail
If your accent is horrible also...jail
@@Macks1913 his mom was born in Venezuelan- regardless a really funny guy
I would've watched an hour long version of him just listing everything you can go to jail for 🤣
I love the extra emphasis on loud music. “If you’re playing music to loud, RIGHT to jail. Right away.” 😂😂
it makes it known that political dissention is more tolerated than loud music, bro is not in the mood to listen to your tunes
Best law school in the States? Believe it or not, Yale
Get represented by a lawyer from Yale you will end up in believe it or not, jail
@@liamtully4553 You need a good lawyer for dis case? gotta talk to my boy Dale
"We have a special jail for journalists" kkkkkkkkkkkkkkk this is one of my favorites
we need that in every country
that'll make the journos stop fibbing
The emphasis he puts on playing music too loud, like it’s the worst thing a human being could possibly do, gets me every time 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Fred Armisen killed this role.
@@bluebay1031 DUCK! Whew, that was ckose. That joke went right over your head.
@@bluebay1031 lol you don't get to be condescending here when you don't get such a simple joke
The part of charging too much for something sending you to jail actually happened at some point here in Venezuela. The government wanted to control hyperinflation by simply threatening businesses to lower prices or jail. Of course it didn't work 😂
I come back to this clip every few months and laugh the same amount every time
Same here.
And the Spanish guy laughing.
I keep going back to that one too.
“…because of jail” gets me every time 😂😂😂
The accent is spot on, and the attitude 🤣
The whole episode is hilarious!
If you are here because of the Coronavirus meme, believe it or not, jail.
This isn't coronavirus meme, it's been a meme for a long time now. Or are you talking about some other meme I'm not getting?
I love how in the background Leslies still getting yelled at
i have seen this scene so many times and ive never noticed that. so funny
"Right to jail, *right* away" for playing music too loud is so based
You play Monopoly, you go directly to jail.
This is one of those scenes where the humor isn't in the dialogue its in the performance of the dialogue. Its the accent and his mannerisms that make this hilarious.
Thanks for explaining why it’s funny. I never would have laughed if it wasn’t for you.
You gotta be joking - it’s everything including the lines (no dialogues here btw since he isn’t having a convo with another person) that makes this bit hilarious
Under cook over cook lol
Best part are his hand gestures, as if it had anything to do with the placement of heat 😂
Literally Australia right now
That smugness after he says "we have the best patients in the world" at 0:42 kills me every single time lol
everytime I hear the "undercook overcook" part I lose it
Reminder to come watch this again and lose it at “undercook overcook” again
5/5 dentist approve of this message.
This is how basically Qatar World Cup restrictions look like
When he looks off in the distance at the end thinking about how awesome it is, that gets me every time. 0:42
The best part is that if you look closely the video has a bunch of timeskips, implying that these are just excerpts from a much longer rant about all the things he thinks should get someone sent to jail.
Such a great country. They send everyone to Yale.
I love it!
@@billyalarie929 which part is incorrect on my other comment that im unable to find dumb dumb? or did you delete it.
ehuuusweaters
Which is weird because in Spanish Sweater is just “Suéter.” It’s pronounced the same
@@kharris3352 It is not pronounced the same.. Sueter is very far from sweater... I think Ehsweaters, ehstealing sounds indeed very very spot on. Most Spanish native speakers add an 'e' in front of words starting with S. Like: I ehspeak ehspanish. Dont tell me you've never heard of that?
by the way, my native language is Spanish :)
I love Fred Armisen, and a great opportunity for him to show off how good he is with accents
"You undercook fish, believe it or not, right to jail"😂😂
You laugh at this?
Jail right away
MK Y. you reply to a comment about someone replying to a comment about going to jail for not laughing about the video about the guy sending people to jail for doing things that shouldn't normally put you in jail? jail
"Journalists, we have a special jail for journalists". 😂🤣😂
Russia right now
As a Venezuelan, I'm incredibly jealous of the citizens of this fictional hellhole, at least they don't have to deal with buses playing loud, raunchy music
Is Baraqua a city in Venezuela? All google tells me is that it’s in Cuba.
Damn the way he finds happiness in the overcooked undercooked comparison is masterful. I never heard of parks and rec but definitely watching it after this.
This character was unfortunately only in this one episode (totally recommend the whole show though). But this actor, Fred Armisen, has a particular talent for getting really into the characters he creates even if they're shallow like this straw totalitarian soldier.
@@nthgth Yeah I downloaded the whole season and it was fun but I didn't finish it. I think I did watch a lot of his other roles after seeing this clip, but I don't remember so I'll start rewatching again.
You didn't watch Parks and Recreation? You straight to jail...
Gotta love that excitement in his eyes as he explains undercook overcook like as if it's some very well known concept that they've ingeniously utilized.
I want to meet the person who has not been to jail once
Socializing during coronavirus, right to jail.
You coughing in public? Believe or not jail. You’re not 6ft apart jail. Don’t wash your hands jail, right away.
0:21 I love how he gets more animated for the "playing music to loud" like it's the most egregious thing someone can do
Kevin Robinson "right to jail. RIGHT to jail"
Fred Armisen's eye movements/facial expressions are what make him hysterical. Hes so into whatever charachter hes playing
Kevin
It actually is, I would kill people who actually do that. So annoying. 😒
It actually is really annoying and it should be a law that you can't blast music where people are unable to make a choice of whether they wanna hear it or not. Playing loud music is a form of public disturbance anyway
“ you’re charging too high prices for Esweaturrs, you right to jail.” 🤣🤣🤣
Australia atm lmao
Man that "because of jail" line at the end is so priceless.
Australian COVID laws
The way he says 'stealing' and 'sweaters' killed me.
we have the best patients in the world...because of jail
Quite possibly the most original well written and funny minute of TV in some time. The whole episode is bangers
"We have the best patients in the world... because of jail" chef's kiss 💋 👌
Basically my entire knowledge of Venezuela comes from this episode of Parks and Rec.
Fred Armisen is gold, He always has the best comedic delivery
Putin in 2022 be like:
The way he said “sweaters” made me die laughing 😅😂
“Under cook over cook” - dunno why but that line is fire
My favorite part is how he puts so much emphasis on playing music too loud as a reason to go to jail lmaooooo
Russia at the moment.
You talk to someone at the urinal, you right to jyail!
(Fred Armisen has good accents)
Fred is spot on mainly because he is half Venezolano! Love him!
Maybe its not a matter of him being half Venezuelan. Maybe he's a talented actor. :|
I'm no expert but because I'm part German doesn't mean I can do a killer Hitler impression
@@liamlovesyoualot How do we know that you're telling the truth? Impossible unless you post a video of a failed attempt, with your name, address, and employer in the description. Godspeed.

This is probably the best scene in any show I have ever seen lol. I love that episode
Easily one of the funniest moments in Parks & Rec history
One of the funniest scenes in television history 🙌🏾
💯👍 AGREED! Nobody has mentioned HOW proud and excited Leslie was that she was hosting them, and they HATED her AND Pawnee. 7 or 8 seasons and I've never laughed harder in my life than at this one episode. Their disgust was just priceless! "Where is the armed men that take these protesters away?" 🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭😭
When his eyes got big after saying “right or jail, right away!” I lost it 😭😭😭
This scene lives in my head rent free
“You’re playing music to loud 👀 right to jail. Right away” 😂
England's new speech laws
The look of pride when he says “we have the best patients in the world…”

Under cook over cook is my favourite part.
This mans acting is amazing lol the way he looks to the people next to him when he says "we have the best patients in the world *nods* because of jail"
DEAD lmao
This scene lives lives rent-free in my head forever
you estealing? right to jail
You can see that at the end he's almost laughing. Incredible scene.
I love this so much. Fred is a comedic genius. Lol
This was the first kind of moment that made me realise how good parks and rec was, the first of many. Such a good show.
By the third season it had become a bit too much like a soap where they were just talking about their relationships in the narcissistic way that dumbed downed sitcom characters do in pop culture
One of the few times I really laughed during this show, great skit
I never seen this show but i love this. His expressions!!
Parks & Rec is gold. Get through first few episodes in season one, then giddy up!
This video could have been ten minutes longer of him saying all the different things that get you in jail and I would have watched. Lol
It sounds like he's just riffing, so there probably is that much footage of this lying around somewhere
@@TugIronChief Biden's got a bust of Fred Armisen in the Oval Office? Cool! Anyway, I've heard Fred can be tough to work with, but calling him a tyrant is going a bit far.
10 min only???? I could listen for 4 hours
You misspelled 90 minutes
Calling them out on how they run their government?
Right to jail
