Diabetic Alert Dog - Scent Wheel Training

Olaf, the Diabetic Alert Dog in training, learning how to work the scent wheel. This is a tool used in Diabetic Alert Dog training, specifically for scent discrimination. Eventually we will put in range, healthy samples in all the containers except 1 container will have a low or high blood sugar sample. Olaf is learning how to search each container to find the one with the low saliva sample. At this stage he is just learning how to search the wheel, so there is 1 low blood sugar sample in a container and the others are empty. As he gains confidence in the video, I begin to allow the wheel to spin. Eventually I will spin the wheel in between each repetition.
