@@KLATUU.I think they are pointing out that Beasty knows what Jiggly would be doing (fast castle/cataphracts). So, Beasty is countering him by also rushing castle. Since, in a normal game, you wouldn’t immediately realize that; how would Beasty handle it if he opened two TC rather than going FC. I may be wrong, but I think that is what they meant.
I guess in a non blind counter situation the plan is to scout as early as possible whether they're going longbows/javs or keshiks and respond accordingly? If they feudal push, is it too late to build production after you see the units? Maybe open archery range and if its feudal push add a stable, if its fc then go fc and add a barracks?
This build can work even with Longbows, the key unit is Cataphracts not, Keshiks. Though, Keshiks + Cataphracts are stronger in certain MUs. Jiggly's problem was that he's all in cav, if he was building other units or were more careful (like that English White Tower Rush), he could have won more games.

For the second question, you can't really be sure, so you'd just have to rely on the integrity of your opponent. There are more steps you can take such as delaying your stream, but they come at a cost such as reduced viewer interaction. For a major tournament such steps are wise, but for a friendly showmatch I doubt Beasty is worried about Jiggly listening to his stream, and even if he did, the stakes aren't that high.
@predwin1998 A very full response! I just thought because they're sort of rivals, the good will might not be that strong and a lot of gamers have two monitors. I don't want to stir the pot and it's all connecture. It's an interesting question for the community as a whole though. It would negate scouting blind spots from upgraded towers.
I want to see a 1v1 nomad on the 8 player biggest map. Just a thought. You bases will be far away and will make you play different. Might take a while to find them too.
