Monsta X rap line is considered one of the best in the kpop industry and when you see that stage, you will know why.

I agree with you they are one of the best kpop groups I even think they are better than other groups like BTS, and NCT, but it's just personal taste. Other groups have a more friendly vibe but Monsta X has a more manly, mature, sexy vibe. Their only problem is they don't get many views and fans don't vote for them
I try not to say they're better but that I like them better because again that's subjective. But, I barely compare them because they aren't really the same. I hate how groups have many unique sounds and they get judged on who's the best.
Rather than saying Monsta X is underrated, I’d say they’re very /under appreciated./ They’ve got some consistently amazing accomplishments under their belt, both at home and internationally, but still go vastly under appreciated to an interesting degree. Once you discover them and really start getting into their discography though, you never really leave. They’re a rare and extremely talented group of people, all of seven of them. Their solo work is just as good, too. Wonho is a strictly solo artist now following some very unfortunate debt/drug scandals that were blown out of proportion, so he left to protect their image. He was cleared of all charges later, and said coming back as a solo artist was his only option to come back to fans. He’s doing wonderfully as a solo artist, so if you want to check out his work too I’d highly recommend it! He’s only got three official videos out atm (“Losing You,” a letter for fans, his debut MV “Open Mind,” and most recent comeback “Lose”), but he’s got two mini albums which are all great quality. There’s an extra dance practice vid for one of the B-sides “With You” as well. Joohoney and I.M, the two rappers, have several mixtapes out on their own. I.M recently had his solo debut as well, which I think you might have checked out a bit already. Monsta X has an incredibly diverse discography with so many different styles throughout, so you’ll definitely have favorites and I think they’ll really rise in your ranks once you get the opportunity to actually explore their work more. I’ll personally recommend “Dramarama,” with which they got their first music show win, and which also started their very long and intricate lore/story line they’ve got going through most of their subsequent MV’s and even B-sides. “Follow” as well is a personal favorite. “Be Quiet” is a B-side with concert performances and stages but no MV, but “Stuck” is a B-side with its own special video. “Mirror” is absolutely fantastic, though different than what you might expect from them with your current exposure so far, and has stage performances with the original unit (Shownu and Wonho) and with the whole group. I’d recommend all of them actually as I believe they’ve never missed once, but saying “all of them” isn’t particularly helpful for you even if it’s true! I’ll be happy with whatever you put out for them, honestly. I find it funny that every time you post a video for them you almost always say the same thing, which is that you love it and that is might be your new favorite.
