The Day-one finishing agent submarined your top finish. Adding that extra liquid on top and the last scrubbing hard to chase your way off and still get groomed is a killer on those hot, hot days. All of us in the concrete World feel for you!
Sounds like you had that problem before..
Ryan should have looked at the old video to see where those pipes went
Thought so too
@@jamesleicherall he concerned with is y'all paying for his new shop😂😂
Pat is your Top driver. And probably your most respectful employee a side from Ryan Jr and tino
You take care of your customers that’s all that matters, in the end they will continue to call you for projects. I really enjoy your channel not for the drama but for the insight of the residential concrete business.
Pat reminds me a lot of my dad and principals he taught me. Always be there for your fellow man was what my dad said.
Destroying an Easy Money Lisa is hard to watch😢 Mad respect for replacing at no charge. I have scaling on my drive way, I believe it is from the city salting the roads!!
If he didn’t replace it he’d have been sued for the price of some one else to replace all of it.
Pat is an absolute diamond could you imagine him in his prime his former employers sure were lucky I bet have a guy like him around just don’t make guys like him anymore god bless pat ✊✊
I lovee Ryan Jr's laughh❤❤ had me laughing just cause he was
Protect Pat at all costs, what a Gem of an employee.
It just goes without saying your integrity is top tier. You’re a good man sir.
Everyones got something negative to say about the crew it seems in some of the video comments sections. But you have a good group of guys and you can tell they all admire you. I love watching you and Eric talk, you can tell he loves to work for you.
Pat needs a huge xmas bonus! Saved Victory soooooo much $$$
Pat is awesome, and Su casa hooooked it up!
😂😂Ray only uses the hammer to scratch his back
Love your content. It is amazing to know that a small business owner is so understanding with his employees. You also stand behind your work and do the right thing. It restores some of my hope in our country. Also that bug you saw is a Bush cricket or Katydid. They are large and weird bugs.
Pat is that type to never talk about his dependability, he just shows it.
Remember, Ryan used to say last year. Ray always comes to work with a good attitude. A smile, he's always on time. You don't see that anymore Ray must be reading comments. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Think Ray has a new baby in the house. Many Sleepless nights so no wonder he looks a wreck in the mornings these days.
@mattcoleman6911 ya no what I forgot about that that actually makes sence.
Pat comes through AGAIN! I was waiting for the mailbox to get hit, again. What a lunch spread!
Big ray always the first to get a plate of food🤣🤣🤣🤣
So im sure you have watched the video back of the original pour but where the scaling happened is right where the second truck came and yall were saying the slump wasn't correct. Also you stated it was different concrete than the day before. I thought that was interesting myself. Not sure if that could help with anything but hey.
It’s good he has the footage for the company to see.
Be that as it may, it was his choice to cancel the load and send it back. He chose not to do so and took a chance.
Its takes a professional to stand behind his work like this. I remember watching you guys put this one down, you did a great job. This one stings, great work Ryan!!
Awesome of Ryan to share lunch with his kids Mike. Jerome. and customers. Son. Way to go Ryan.
Nice job with the truck shots and ride along, give the thing some love so it doesn't quit on you too like the other red truck.
The first pour you said the concrete would go from wet to hard super quick and you needed more guys to keep up. here's the name of the video if anyone wants to rewatch it BIG 62 yard driveway-VERY EASY!
I was thinking Ryan could have looked at that video to see where the pipes in the ground were.
@@irunwire8528 I was thinking that too but then I thought ya know he records and makes soo many videos, plus running his businesses plus all the paper work that comes along with it so working at home. Plus being a husband and dad. He probably has no idea when the video was uploaded or the title lol. Bcuz all his videos are a few weeks ahead of time sometimes even a month so he can't go back to the date he did the job. He's a busy man that's for dam sure lol
Big ray likes using his hammer more for a back satcher 😂
Some workers or owners wouldn’t show this of having to replace the work they did. Appreciate you doing this. Most concrete dudes would definitely not answer any calls or come replace it 😂
Dang man. I am in Branson MO right now. You threw a buffet today. I feel left out
That buffet would've been just a snack for you. Lol.
15:45 if only you had access to some sort of historical record that could visually show you where the pipes ran...
The older guys like Pat and Bugs have the years of experience, trouble is the younger guys dont want to learn from them.
Pat is truly looking out for Ryan, very humble guy.
It’s not even that these older guys expect us younger guys to know everything they did doesn’t work like that I’ll learn anything you teach me as long as your willing to teach me vice versa
The younger generations think they know everything
@carterfowler8466 well said. There's nothing wrong with asking to be taught a new skill. It's how we learn and become better.
@Will97675 there are some good young people out there that will listen and learn, but sadly not many.
