I’m sure you know this but what you pump is not a reflection of what he’s getting from the breast. He’d be getting a fair bit more than what you can pump. His little saliva stimulates the production and tells the body how much is required. So don’t feel downhearted if you’re not pumping as much as you think he needs

Oh my gosh!! My boss had a tree fall on her house about a month ago!! (in NC) Good luck with insurance - they're battling with it a little bit still now!! Everything will work out, I'm so glad y'all's isn't super bad!! The one on their house took out the whole thing, it's a ranch style and it basically went from one corner to the other! She has two sons, 3 years and 6 months!

While your nursing him drink water to replenish what’s he’s drinking at the same time. My mother in law taught me that and it truly helped. I nursed 2 kids in total of 6 years. I know it sounds crazy to me as I’m writing ✍🏼 it. 1kid was 3years and then I had another baby and that was another 3 years.

So I just made it to the supply issue when my LO started crying! But Def double your water intake and you'll see the milk come! I had the same issue and tried everything and water really did it!
sorry commenting while watching. but none of my babies had confusion either & it is good for everyone to get a bottle every so often. when i was pumping, i read to pump for like 30 mins. & take it slow, try to relax & snack while nursing/pumping. just some tips.
This is absolutely beautiful! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having supply issues i had the same issue. Breastfeeding is no joke. I HIGHLY recommend joining a fb group Milky Mommas and Breastfeeding Mommas both are absolutely amazing. They’re very helpful in sharing facts and giving amazing advice. And remember your breasts are like a leaking sink. If you put a stopper in the sink they will fill, but if you take the stopper out (nurse) the dripping doesn’t stop it just isn’t filling up. Just something i wish someone would have put it in that perspective when i was having supply issues. And I’m ordering from Legendairy Milk too! I’ve heard absolutely amazing things as well. You’re son is the cutest most handsome little boy congratulations 💗💗

maybe to many vitamins? i had preemie twins that i nursed & fenugreek was awesome. i took like 6 a day to get an awesome supply. never took it before but wanted to make sure i had enough for 2 babes. hope it work out! nursing is hard. glad to see a video from you! love the inserts.

Staying hydrated like one person commented is VERY Important to your milk supply. I am a mother Baby nurse and specialize in lactation . Without having the full details,background info , and to be there hands on to help , I would agree that hydration is the most important , along with not being stressed out about it . It’s definitely a new mommy’s worry, but most babies do just fine . CONGRATS- he is gorgeous - something about them sucking on a binky melts me every time 💗
