What I love is that Percy/Taliesing wast there and the Spyke connection fail and they call him just to see his trap working!!
That moment when Umbrasyl just went 0_0 in total and utter shock at what just happenned was one of the most iconic moments in a season full of iconic moments. XD
I was watching at the weekend and of _course_ that was the one moment my dad happened to see! Gotta get him to watch it all now because he needs.... some form of context at least

I really like how creative the writers of the animated series had to get to write around all the magic items and spells used in the original tabletop series that the party doesn't have access to in the animated series (like the Immovable Rod, the Chain of Returning, the Rune Trap that Pike uses...)
So Matt was still a brilliant asshole with the cliffhangers back then? Good to know 😂so happy that hasn’t changed.

That didn't happen in the original campaign; Grog's relationship with Craven Edge ended very differently. The animated series is arguably better on that particular point.
@@Celedam i think i saw a vídeo where travis said it hapenned but in a different way than the series. But i may have misunderstood.
@@Luiz_Antonio_Vali_31 Very different. Grog impaled Pike, yes, but it was entirely by accident and not due to Craven Edge-induced blood lust. He couldn't even see her at the time. It was a blind throw through a planar gate just to anchor himself. Episode 49 at 4:12:36.
@@Celedam I watch it last night, Grog doesn't stab Pike in a fit of rage, but he does accidentally throw his sword into her while they fight the Sphinx's puzzle. It's really not treated as a big deal in the livestream version, mostly because Pike's voice actor wasn't even present during the session where she got stabbed, and the Sphinx heals her pretty quickly.

yes, Amazon renewed the series for a third season back in October
And it's in production. Apparently there has been no gap between work on seasons so far (at least from the perspective of the cast).
