The song title translates as 'Metali' (or 'Metari') which is a fusion of the words metal and matsuri (festival). The song is about a Metal Village holding a metal festival, so they have included all the matsuri shouts everybody would be calling out as encouragement to the people carrying heavy floats etc like "Sore, Sore", "Dokoisho" and "Wasshoi!". Baby metal came to a small venue down the street from me but had no clue who they were at the time. The place has a max capacity of 200 people. They have come a long way.
Where and when was that? Unless it was 10+ years ago they have never played a venue so small. Yes in the US they do play venues as small as 1500 capacity but that is about as small as it gets.
I thoroughly it was 2014 to 16. Can't remember the exact date. Oh it was Stafford Palace theater in Connecticut. Wasn't long after the soulfly and havok tour. I remember that much.
Ok u looked up the venue. It also sells tickets and I had no clue. It sells tickets for big venues and advertised for baby metal ticket sales. My bad everyone. I had no clue they did that.

you need to watch the live versions that everyone is putting out of the live versions of this, I have one from Pittsburgh and their are many others. You will really get into it, this video doesn't have momo doing the growl like they do in the live stuff.

In this case you're right: it's about talent. And most unusually this is an example of a talented **Production**. My general opinion of highly produced entertainment is that it is often soulless and really lacking in creativity and inspiration. But for this production, the pure joy and enthusiasm evident/unavoidable from the jump, alongside the talent on display from top to bottom.
Funny enough, BABYMETAL actually did collab with Metallica… sort of. They were invited to open for them in Seoul, South Korea, which I would say is a much higher honor 🤘
