Mujhe jitna samajh aya ye overall ek reservation system ke tarah hai. Jiska intial stage to accha rahega but kuch saalo baad iske wajah se 80% log corrupt ho jayengay jaise.
## Industry products cost bahut jada bada degi aur uske wajah se bahut bada inflation aa sakta hai.
So ye system worth it nhi hai agar sabko pay kiya jaye to. Ye worth it tab hi hoga jab below poverty line walo ko paisa mile. But jab wo log grow kar jaye tab unko pay na kiya jaye.

There are many arguments and counter-arguments on UBI schemes which you have covered. For a developing country like India, providing everyone with a basic income is unlikely to happen in the near future, given India's ever increasing debt and huge dependence of imports, especially for fossil fuels. However, another viable alternative to this policy could be Universal Basic Services- where instead of providing the citizens with financial aid, they are given free (or at a subsidized rates) access to basic services like Health care, transportation, internet data. This will form the foundation for a Public-Private partnership for various businesses and citizens will have access to better standards of living despite not getting any direct financial benefits. This theory is also under trial phase, but in my opinion, will be a more viable alternative to UBI keeping the Indian context in mind.

actually, inflation arguement is flimsy. If you tax the rich, and use that money for UBI, the money isnt being printed, it is being redistributed. So inflation wont occur

But, one cons I will tell you that
1. Some children can think that they may not require to study as in future they will get money by doing nothing (can be seen more for lower class section of society)
So I think here it is good rather than given directly money , give them free food (cook or uncook), give them good medical facility and education...

I don't think children will not study. Because when everyone is getting same amount money then it becomes new normal. Over the time that money will be just to fill his stomach so no one will dies of hunger. But i think it's human nature to pursue better life. So, now people don't have worry about food but still they have buy things, pay bills, rents, fees etc. So, they still have to work for better life.
It depends on that children how he think about his future 🙂

During my previous job at an NBFC, at an evening break with my colleagues, I casually asked them what they really wanted to work in/with. There were six of us and not one said it was the current job. Now, I work in a BPO. For me, personally, this scheme if implemented will be a dream come true.
the real question is, are these jobs that nobody wants to work at really required for society, not a lot of people would argue that fast food really adds a lot to our way of life, how many other big employers would fit that bill I wonder? jobs should make society better not just give the owning class more wealth.

I recomend instead of giving ubi we should give everyone a universal basic utilities to everyone whether rich or poor.
Ubu should include:-
1. Basic free electricity(eg 100 units free per month)
2. Basic free wifi( eg 30gb free per month)
3. Basic free school( I know public schools exist but I m recommending free private schools too. people will select school according to quality which will create more compeetikn among schools for quality. And govt should close public schools).
4. Basic free healthcare(same concept as schools including free medicines and free operations, surgeries etc)
5. Basic free house(a basic apartment house with 4 rooms alloted to everyone ).
6. Basic free water( no water bill till say 10000litteres per month)
7. Basic free food.( Providing free community langar in every city everyday)
Instead of giving money we should give free basic utilities to every citizen of country.

The most commendable thing about sir dhruv rathee's research work is that he presents information on the basis of facts and in an unbiased manner.
And unlike most youtubers who create crap content for the sake of entertainment that is sometimes threatening for the society , dhruv rathee's motive is creating awareness about the socio-economic environment.

I believe when we talk about basic income, the middle class and rich class are above that. The focus should be on helping the weaker section of the society. I don't think helping them has anything to do with inequality. They are pretty much in a terrible state.
1000 rupees is not a huge amount, not even for a poor person. They should be given this money for fulfilling their basic needs. Like there is an income tax slab, there should be a slab for this as well. The ones who are extremely poor should be given this benefit, but not to the extent of making them handicapped i. e. they have no motivation to work at all. Rest, opportunities should be created. Work isn't just about earning money, but also to keep oneself mentally and physically sound.

About that negative assumption of UBI is actually true in some degree, I am living in Canada and due to loss in job from COVID-19, Canadian govt distributing funds under CERB plan (Offcourse with some conditions and requirements) so people who are getting CAD2000 Cerb are becoming useless. Obesity is becoming the another major problem now in this pandemic. However you are right about the positive assumptions too. People are spending more time with there family, skills, passion and now focusing on where they needed to be. In the end I just wanna say, obviously (as expected) people are doing scam in CERB so these types of UBI has to be implement in a very responsible and secure way. Govt should also launch more active platforms for talent and skills, so people stay motivated and healthy.

I think here negative side weighs more than the positive side. Government should instead invest as much money as they could into improving educational system which should be accessible to every citizen of india irrespective of his financial status."Akhir padhega india tabhi toh badhega india" Best of education with introduction to latest technologies, mechatronics robotics, AI, ML Data science, IOT, Ethical hacking all this should be start to taught in the schools from now itself if we indians wanna survive in the world of automation and have a good standard of living. We must not breed on free stuff that government provides and instead advance ourselves to a position that global market demands in order to improve economical growth of india. Providing basic income is a temporary solution, education and advancement is only the permanent solution

Its is a positive point, the implementation is negative due to hesitation of govt to distribute free money.
If you see kejriwal model is closely relatable due to its free provision of services.
Instead of providing Cash directly, services are provided free of cost.
If basic necessities are provided free of cost without any administrative check or compliance check , the result can be optimised as only those people, who are in need, will be taking benefit of such services.
However, purchasing power (cash) is also required to improve the happiness levels and consume those things that provide high amount of utility.
Considering automation will take away jobs, govt should regulate tasks that cannot be automated and should be done manually.
there is no proper way to it, it is inevitably going to be adverserial to the economy because population growth is going to exponentially increase demand and therefore the threshold income would have to be contiguously increased thus causing inflation as a result of more money supply demand...

Also, I personally believe that self reliance is a good measure if government promotes Farming, Animal Farming etc. (Things that are naturally recoccured) unconditional free utilities and necessities required to do Farming instead of cash?
I think that by automation increase to a high extent people will slowly get more focused on art improving robot technology than tedious factory tasks and thus encouraging everyone to explore themselves and mental health problems will be low so I believe automation is not bad
still I prefer disadvantages because on large scale it will be disaster on economy, I think money should be used for providing better services and giving jobs
