how can you correlate the acceptable criteria based on strains to ASCE 41 which are based on plastic hinge rotation and drift ratio?

Dear Engineer, thanks so much for your good simple and easy presentation for dilemmas for me and other as well, please I am getting confused on how to measure the curvature by dividing the strain over the N.A depth. pls help.

Sir, how do we apply the gravity loads in a building model having both column and beam as fibre sections? Do we apply slab weight and loads to beam as UDL? or do we apply slab and beam weight and loads to column top nodes as concentrated load?

All the gravity loads should converted to concentrated load and apply them on the joints. This the best way but still you can use elenent loads acting on the beam.
