I to have 550 DFC and love that bird, I'm flying all stock except the main blades (550 KDBB), I wonder if I switch to 520 what the difference will be. Anyhow, I really enjoyed the nice and smooth 3D, when I fly my heli I just love the sound of the blades.
@Arthur Bernardo: In my opinion 6S 1200mAh 30C isnt enough for t-rex 550! Flight time would be very short and and this lipo isn´t strong enough for courent peaks!

Yes, talon 90 in gov mode. You can set the rpm by connecting to pc. My headspeeds are 1800,2100 and 2300 U/min . The castle talon works really great! Regards, Thermikflieger007
Thermikflieger007 nice. im running 1800rpms with a 6s 5000mah and im getting 6-7mins on my KDS Agile 5.5 for mild 3d. I will have to play around with my headspeed and my pitch setup to get that 8min😅 Thanks a lot tho👍🏻👍🏻 have fun flying 🚁
Sean Montgomery I my opinion align is the best, because the super combos are cheap and reliable. Furthermore, you can get spare parts in nearly every shop.

Excellent flight friend. You're just using separate governor or only 3GX with Castle Talon 90 ??
