@@agentoyen6645 there are some mixed reviews about the g6 series about its tgp, display quality and battery , but let me say , even if u get a top tier laptop their cooling perfomance and gpu will not excel over their desktop counterpart Tough is not a fulled 4060 i can play hungry games like Ark survival or Indiana. Personally, i picked this laptop for editing and it flawlessly gets the job done, i can edit 4k clips even if the display is not 4k, i game sometimes but i try not get long gaming sessions hitting 90° to avoid cpu damage( tho laptops cpu can handle high temps). @WarEnergy95 thanks for the overview. Im mainly going to play mid range games like POE2, Warframe, Risk of Rain 2 etc and dragon age veilguard... It should probably be fine right? (Not gonna be playing on ultra high settings either)
@@agentoyen6645 yes u should play it just fine, Risk of Rain 2 uses a rtx 2070 & i9-9900k for recommended settings (the most demanding) that suggested cpu has 8 cores and 16 threads plus more clock speeds but the i7-13620h has 2 more cores (10 cores and 16 threads)

@@WarEnergy95hmm as I expected, the GPU was 80%ish utilized at only 60W and yet hitting 79°C. Looks like the default thermalpaste/thermalpad for the CPU and GPU is not good

@@WarEnergy95 yeah, but at this case you still can fix this by change its thermalpaste. My laptop R7 4800H (45W) + GTX 1660Ti (80W). my RTX 3070 105 TGP laptop getting 60+ fps on ultra native setting.
Would you say the G6 KF is worth buying? What are some of the pros and cons?

This is not a full powered 4060. My 4060 inside the Legion 5 stay at 90-110 W therefore has better performance. And the clocks are much higher.
This laptop has 75w tgp so yes is not full powered, yet i amazed how it handles some hungry games with decent temp rates

Use high performance or ultimate performance power plan, and tweak it using throttlestop
