I found on your Q and A’s that I can unlock my Electra power by (sitting in chair) reaching back & flipping the tabs. Still very happy with my ELECTRA 7, had it 5 months.

On a brand new chair how long do you need to charge the batteries for the first time. I was told 24 hours. I have also heard after the 24 hours it would charge in 30 minutes. i also heard about 4 hours

Hi Tim, That is a great question. First time charging is ideal for 8 hours. After that 4 hours is ideal. The device can show full on the gauge after 30 minutes, when in a pinch.

When charging each battery directly, do the lights on the battery not come on automatically? It’s hard to tell if it’s actually charging or not.

There is a light on the charger. When that turns green, its charged.

Hello, Yes, it is recommended that you do not charge until you are to 30% full or less for the best longevity.
