I really like this way of explaining the reasoning behind taking the watcher. We all know twitch gang likes to distract you while you're trying to explain things.
I don't think it's a big challenge tbh, yeah it can make a lot of ironclad builds unviable but there is a lot of defensive decks that don't rely on healing, defect can also spam dozens of lightning with enough upgraded powers and one turn a lot of fights, also cofee driper may be an insta win.
Doesn't that basically make the run all but impossible without insane RNG? Like, you don't ever heal any damage. That one damage a cultist got through your block on act 1 is sticking until the heart. I don't think just making all added cards upgraded would be enough. Maybe if the base deck also is upgraded?
I really love it when you explained what happened in the first two runs. I feel like you should do it more often, especially on something like the Giga Prismatic Run, it can be a bit jarring to see a video end with you on Ascension 6 and then immediately the next video of the Giga Prismatic Run is you back on ascension 0
It’s serendipitous that Baalorlord had a similar Nemesis encounter on his stream with the Ironclad just the other day. Burns, big atk, burns, etc. Ruined the whole streak. Nemesis is such a run-ruining shit sometimes 🎉

A cool challenge run could be every time a new relic is taken, all relics before it transform into that relic, so as your number of relics increases, the effect that is stacked also changes
I feel like there’s some retooling that could be done to make it closer to a “what if every floor was a shop?” if you enjoyed the idea of only using shops to build your deck. Starting with Courier and maybe a Membership Card while making every other relic Old Coin might be something. Every floor being a shop might be too simple, so something like every other floor might work too? Idk. Either way, this challenge itself is really cool! Love seeing the challenge runs :)
I wonder if you could do a run where every floor is a shop. You would probably need multiple copies of the relic that gives you gold everytime you add a card.

Idea: start a run with Mark of the Bloom and all 3 eggs: toxic egg, molten egg and frozen egg. What if all your cards are upgraded but you can't heal?
