Its possible only if customers don't oder any alternative milk.. I sometimes watch videos of a super veteran barista's video, he also never rinses jugs and reuses leftovers forever 😂
Basically i know how much gramms are coming out of the grinder, I program them every morning…and for the safety i always program them to 8,5 gramms for a single shot. So it saves u a lot of time not weighing the grounds every time, cause if u know ur grinders, the portafilter and already programmed them u don’t need to weigh nothing haha.
Curious: why did your family open the cafe in Germany not Italy?? Have you broken coffee machine come back from a lovely holiday from Italy?? I wonder what happens when you go on a lunch break or on holiday. Do your customers just go: “OH NO!!!! Francesco isn’t here. No coffee for me today!!!” On a more serious note, you have exceptional skills and character. Do you not weigh the grounds? is it too much of a headache and waste of time?
