Great method!!!! This is a really hard edit to do but a really easy way to handle it. Got this one now in my tool belt and will use it on other such scenarios, they can be countless!!! Thank you as always for the hints and how to juggle doing this kind of edit!

Thanks Rich! This is one of those tricky things to do and this method doesn't always work well, depends on the picture, but most of the time it should give good results. All depends on the settings used in Levels and Saturation.
