Barbados would not even exist without the Portuguese, Spanish and British. There were no black people there prior to British colonisation. The would not have been a nation without the British, it is in fact the people of Barbados that owe a debt to the British and not the other way around. It plundered its "colonies" creating irreparable damage to social structures in these countries waging wars and creating famines. Now western Europe acts so high and mighty and the moral centre of the world, giving out 'loans' to the same countries that were mercilessly plundered.
