A resident of Finland for 8 years would still need to demonstrate mandatory language skills unless they qualify for an exemption. Exceptions for the language requirement generally apply only in cases of documented health issues, disabilities, or age-related reasons. The Finnish Immigration Service (Migri) does not state that continuous residence of 8 years alone without language skills makes an individual eligible for citizenship. Could you provide a link that confirms 8 years of continuous residence is sufficient for Finnish citizenship without requiring language skills?
Where do you need a citizenship? For instance if I move to Japan I don't see the situation to apply to be a citizen of the country. I allredy have my nations whitch citizen I am.
We need migration whos primary goal is not a citizenship. If you wanna get citizenship as soon as possible it sounds kinds suspicious. Finnish nationality in not just a piece of paper.
Your video was/is quite informative. For someone who moved to Finland in 2021 for a 2 years masters having been issued a B Permit and after graduation got a 4 year A permit from 2023-2027, when am I due to apply for citizenship? Would it be in 2026 which is the 5th year in Finland or 2027? Bear in mind that I have passed the YKI test. Thanks in advance to your response!
Can you say, there has any income limit applying for PR & Finish Citizenship??? And If anyone passed his language test in the year of 6 Then can he apply for citizenship or need to wait till 8 year???
@mdasik vai I don't know where you get such information. If you graduate, you can apply with a little bit less than 37.5 hours, if you can earn 1399. But if you are student, you need a full time job and 37.5 hours per week. Well, there might be exceptions or exceptional cases where 1 or 2 people might get a work permit with less earnings and less hours. However, should I give the exception or the official information. I have seen students and even graduates got negative decisions because they don't have enough support or enough hours. Thank you for your valuable comments.
You are doing great Mahfuzul 👏👏👏👏👏
Thanks

You require language skills. Either it is 8 years or 5 years, please watch the video properly. If you have further questions, email to migri. Thanks.

*I have a gig work job - making enough money according to my needs like €1700 month- eligible to apply for work permit?*
@@DhruvRathee-Channel if acording to your contract paper if it is avobe 1399 euro then it is okey for work permit does not matter of pay slip
@ who told you this don’t give any statements that you just think please
@Dhruv you require a permanent contract to apply for work permit and 37.5 hours work in a work. So basically you require full time job.
@@Mahfuzulhaque with respectfully there is no need of 37.5 hour
If it is meet 1399 euro even at 25 hours he is eligible to get work permit
