One of the best gelato places in town. Soma also makes some pretty good gelato although less flavours. Trying to figure out where you got dumplings. Have gastroparesis and one of my safe foods is dumplings for some reason although can’t have too many in a day. Makes for decent leftovers which is also a consideration when I get food.

Too much restriction, not eating, guilt. Exercising for punishment and just other wrong reasons, I am still working out but for myself, to feel strong to feel confident. Try to eat it while sitting. The nerves in your stomach are relaxed and will appreciate it more. You can absorb more of the nutrients. Your nerves are in shock while standing and even more while running.
I’m a registered dietitian here in the states, and your statement is false. No clue where you got this idea. The only time your stomach slows digestion (not medical) is when you’re stressed out with high amounts of adrenaline in your system triggering a fight or flight response. Blood is pulled from the stomach to get to your legs to run, your arms to fight, and your brain to think quickly. Your body assumes you won’t be eating anything while in this fight or flight mode. Other than that, you can stand, sit, spin, dance upside down and the ‘nerves’ in your stomach work the same. And by the way nerves don’t absorb nutrients, the entire small intestine does that. Nerves feel things.
