Are Terracotta Pots Worth it for Beginner Gardening?

    Only The Buff Gardener could move that massive clay pot. I'm convinced, plastic is the way.

      Thank you! I forgot the name of it. But it’s a perennial! I try to add as many colors as I can to the garden! And thank you for the compliment ☺️

    I agree!! I dont see the advantage of terra cotta pots. Also, I usually lift my pots to see if they need water, and its alot more difficult to tell that way with the heavier pots.

    I hate terracotta due to its poor water retention. I used them for succulents and cacti and that's it.

    Plastic pots, but raised gardens are preferred
