Ellis Island breakfast is the best value in Vegas period. I usually get the chicken fried steak n eggs. It's huge. Most people get the steak n eggs, its under $10 bucks.
I see too many vloggers (and I’m one myself) going for the expensive meals to keep up with bigger channel. We love Dennys, as a family of 3 adults $50 feeds us for the day. Great video

When I lived in Vegas in the early 2000's , I knew a few spots where you could get steak n eggs for $1.99
@@patobantan420I got $1.99 steak and eggs at the Barbary Coast, which is now the Cromwell. Also Binions Horseshoe had $1.99 steak and eggs. Terribles had $2.99 steak and eggs. This was all in the mid 2000s
He paid $5 for scrambled eggs at the Aztec Casino across from the Stratosphere ?
Anywhere else, 2 eggs, toast hash browns might be $2.99. $3.99 if you added bacon/sausage.

At la salsa cantina ask for some refried beans on the side . I got charged a dollar more and it made it a more complete meal .

At my local casino here in New Mexico (of all places), they have a cafe and half the items are "mexican food." But they don't serve refried beans, except when it is part of the monthly special. And then, when it's part of the special, they won't let you order them separately. Ridiculous. Sincere thanks for the tip, I'll be staying at the Grand Desert in a few days, and will make it a point to ask for them.

The South Point Breakfast Buffet is great for around $13. It’s a great value with great food and friendly service. My go to breakfast spot when I’m in Vegas.
Thanks I have been looking for a new spot since Garden Court Buffet at Mainstreet raised it's price from $13 to $23 after the pandemic
Before the Covid shutdown, many buffets off the strip were around $13 for dinner, plus 2-for-1 coupons were common. Most of them didn't reopen and the ones that did are much more expensive.

Great finds! Watch out for Blondies in the Miracle Mile Shops, they will add a so called 4.95% CNF fee which is not a tax or required by any law. Customers can ask for it to be removed and the management will usually comply, but most custoners don't complain and that's what many strip restaurants are counting on.
Separately, hats off to George for visiting the Aztec Inn, sketchy is an understatement.

As a local, I love this video. Make sure to note parking prices and travel times as well. When I first moved to Vegas in 03, we used to go to Arizona Charlies for 2.99 steak and eggs. I'm sure the price has gone up, but I bet they still have a decently priced-deal.
$10.99 without players card, $9.99 with the base level card, $8.99 with the higher tiers. Not bad, not great either, but what we gonna do.

Used to go to Dupar's at the Golden Gate back in the day, wasn't the cheapest but a good value. Tacos Mexico was the spot for huge burritos and open 24 hours.
Yeah, it's very depressing that it shut down. That was definitely the place for people who didn't get their meals comped.

My family n I ate at the Aztec for breakfast.we stayed right across at the Strat few years ago,by far for our budget was good .I'd go back n recommend to eat for cheap breakfast.👍

I ate there also when I stayed at the Strat my first time in Vegas. It was the first food spot I saw and I was super hungry from my flight but I wasn’t disappointed and the food was cheap

Went to Village Pub @ Ellis Island last night after 11pm for the steak and eggs special. Agree that it’s a great deal and the steak was actually decent. BUT you should’ve said that the special isn’t listed on the menu, which is a bit confusing. You have to ask for it

My experience at the Village Pub at Ellis Island was not good the last two times I was there. I asked for my steak to be cooked well and it was medium rare (four times on two separate visits). I don’t know what happened because the first two times I was there it was awesome.

I presume the criteria was to be on the Strip (thus South Point), Egg Works is closer but maybe not considered cheap.

Aztec inn is a great hole in the wall. Yes they got $5 meals but the rest of menu won't break the bank.
Venetian looks best. Good deal - walking through Venetian I feel like millionaire ! Aztec is not why I travel to Vegas.

It's not that bad if you have a car, because it's right off the freeway. Otherwise it's a pain because the southbound bus doesn't even go to the stop that's right in front of the hotel. For whatever crazy reason, that bus coming from the strip turns eastbound at the intersection. The other awful thing about South Point is the parking garage is on the north side of the property, and all the stuff you want to get to is on the south side. There are some restrooms near the parking garage elevators, but they're a bit hard to find. It's a very weird place IMO.
30 years ago there was a "Casino"...and that's being nice, that was across the street from Ceasers Palace called Little Ceasers. It had .25 cent crap games and the free beer was served in dixie cups!!! I won around $500.00 and it took 3 people to check me and cash me out! It was a blast! Great Video my friend!!!

2 of the items at Coronado Cafe are unlimited the shrimp cocktail and the biscuits and gravy! Everything else is limited to 1 order!
The Village pub at Ellis Island casino. Its the best and cheap. Eggslut looks amazing. I don't have the patience to stand in line in the morning and when your hung over, you don't want to stand in line!!

$6.45 for the steak eggs is great deal, but it’s far af from the strip and doesn’t look that good quality wise.
In the 80s, we would hit Palace Station for the 49 cent breakfast

Tip for South Point: You can skip the line by taking a seat at the bar section. I've done it many times and the hostess have always told me go right ahead. Skipped many loooong lines that way.

Great video and some good options, but have to disagree with the Eggslut as a "cheap" option in any way or form. Maybe if you only got one menu item, but after a sandwich or slut, with a drink and side, you are easily into the $30+. Been here a LOT with the wife and we regularly drop $50+ for both of us. Slightly better than some places, but NOT cheap considering the other options.
