I use kale leaf in place of ugu, it's a nice substitute.

You can travel with anything as long as it’s dried and well packaged

if you have a very good one you are already using,you can come with it but if not please buy here (Facebook market) A stroller is better.

it's an Igbo food only few non igbos eat it Ugba (African oil bean) ,Ukwa (breadfruit)...I dont knw the English name of the rest
