Thanks Mate, the sad truth is that no one has a clue, we all react to what happens as it happens and try to analyse it but can’t predict an iota of what is going to unfold in the markets… content creators are like amplifiers, when times are good they affirm it and try to tell you why it’s good and that it’s looking bullish but then all of a sudden the market turns bearish and everyone affirms it again and try to analyse why… it’s so sad that many are so powerless and it's not about guessing the market's next move; it's about playing it smart and steady during trading...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 19Bitcoin in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

Great vid Jamie absolutely spot on in my opinion I'm looking forward to rest of 24 and 2025 I could do with it staying flat for about another 3 to 4 months whilst I do buisness, Best advise I would say position yourself then 2026 make sure your not over leveraging.
Great content Jamie quick question currently doing btls and love them like yourself however although they work cashflow isn’t the best would you diversify and do sa/hmo or stick to what your good at. Hope this makes sense thanks for your time
Why is the UK PROPERTY MARKET the best in the world? Great video but did I miss something? This video talks about the UK but no mention of Spain, Turkiye, Australia etc. There are many property markets that are better than the UK's.
The reason people rent is they can’t afford to buy as there’s a shortage of properties n supply and demand has made them overpriced. If rent control means we lose landlords and they sell up en masse in theory this means more supply and so buying a house would become more affordable and accessible (as it should be). Bottom line rents cannot be allowed to go up and up alot of just because landlords can determine said rip off prices when they don’t actually need to charge more. Only a few landlords who have been hit hard with mortgage rates actually need to charge what they do. Alot are cash buyers and just charging more simply because they can and those are the ones who need rent control.
The average property price in 2014 was £190k, today it's £290k. Sounds good until you realise that £190k in 2014 is worth £255k today.....Meaning just £35k in real terms profit (£3.5k per yr) and that's before you get into all the costs associated with owing....UK property is up 65% in a decade but the S&P is up 280%. And, again, it's a completely passive investment and you can shield your investment from tax using ISAs for e.g.
Don’t think the inflation will come down next time they assess it. It’s going to go up slightly. Thats why sunak called the election now. He wants it to be labours problem. Don’t think BOE will reduce soon

Hey Jamie,
If you can pick the best area in Yorkshire for some 3 beds, which one would you pick for location and appreciation?
Thank you Pal

UK property has barely kept up with inflation since 2005....But you have a course to sell
I don’t at all… its been the best return investment over the last decade aside from some crypto and specific stocks
