I like how this is (what I assume to be) based on the original wiki, but instead of being turned into a partygoer, you are forced to cannibalize someone in the form of an oddly nice looking slice of cake before having your face mutilated by the thing forcing you to eat this ungodly human cake. I can tell that he did eat a slice because one is obviously missing at the end.
