The easiest way is just to beat the mood out of people. It is much harder to use deescalation tactics and work it out with calmness and understanding. The officer put himself in a lot of danger because he has 0 patience and exercises his powers wantonly.
@@vitas75 The officer was calm and understanding until the suspect started walking away. He told the suspect he was detained while investigating the disorderly conduct, which the suspect admitted to (knocking the park employees hat off). Instead of lawfully providing his ID (since he just admitted to the crime the officer was responding to), he chose to walk away. That's why the officer went hands on. In fact, I'd argue that the officer put himself in danger by not having the proper grappling skills needed to have handcuffed the suspect before having to resort to the taser.
What's funny is the guy then asked the cop if HE was having a bad day, when it was this guy's refusal to provide ID after admitting to the crime, and walking away while being told he was detained, that caused all this.
The guy was totally in the wrong and had an attitude problem, but the officer never showed control over the situation. I think that's why it escalated so quickly
I wish the cops were held accountable! Atlantic: As the National Center for Women and Policing noted in a heavily footnoted information sheet, "Two studies have found that at least 40 percent of police officer families experience domestic violence, in contrast to 10 percent of families in the general population. A third study of older and more experienced officers found a rate of 24 percent, indicating that domestic violence is two to four times more common among police families than American families in general.
@@jansmitowiczauthor78 Read up on Philip Seidle, former Neptune, New Jersey police officer; after many cases of domestic battery and abuse of his wife, he pointed a loaded pistol on his wife after she fled in her car and stopped by an Asbury Park police officer for protection. Surrounded by many armed officers with loaded weapons, Seidle refused to lay down his gun and instead executed her. The police, who were supposed to protect her, never fired a round and instead took him into custody. Afterwards, the police did an internal investigation of themselves and *surprise* found that everyone involved had acted properly. There is so much on this that could be written but I'll spare you more details. Just look it up. It is one of the more disgusting and disturbing events I've heard of.
If the parks and rec employee who was actually the victim of the disorderly conduct were to have tried to restrain this guy, shot him with a taser multiple times, and kneed him several times until he could get him into handcuffs, the parks and rec guy would be going to jail for assault. Victims cannot do that sort of thing, but the Government can. If it would not be considered holding the guy accountable for the Parks and Rec guy to do it, how is it holding the guy accountable when the officer does it? I understand why the police have the authority to use the force necessary to exact an arrest. This is just one of those situations where I really don't understand why it's an appropriate use of that Authority.
My thing is you cannot find one person in America who doesn’t understand that the cops are going to detain you if you fail to comply yet they do it anyway just like the waste of life in this video.

Yes, it's really shocking! Sadly it's been similar in Germany for a few years now. Although more often than not these people are Africans and Arabians who came here claiming to be "refugees" and situations usually escalate extremely quickly and get super dangerous for our police officers.

it amazes me how few people realise that "arguing the toss" is just gonna get you into more trouble, not less.
I wish the cops were held accountable! Atlantic:
As the National Center for Women and Policing noted in a heavily footnoted information sheet, "Two studies have found that at least 40 percent of police officer families experience domestic violence, in contrast to 10 percent of families in the general population.

Imagine having so little self control that you make the conscious decision to force an officer to lock you up over nothing

I actually find it intriguing that once he got tased and shouted "THAT HURT A LOT MORE THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD!" And when the people started gathering, I think he realized if he would start acting up, it would send the crowd into a frenzy and it may end even worst. He actually decided not to instigate the crowd and would often explain his actions like when they were removing the probes and after getting tased and being calm.
He literally yelled "**WHOEVER** FOR MAYOR" while he was on the hood of the cruiser. The fuck are you on about?
& then telling them his screaming was from the prong.
He had full control over that crowd. It could of gone a total different direction if the suspect chose to go in another direction
@@BobTom-e3n Yeah but I think what they are saying is that the guy was letting the crowd of people know what was going on saying that he’s okay and when he screamed he was letting them know they were removing the taser so they didn’t think the cops were hurting him. signature bond because they know there will be nothing to stick on any of them
There is no reason to keep a guy who knocked a hat off incarcerated, it is an excusable waste of money.
Im from over the pond so bare with me but what is the point in these Bonds etc? Is it like a get out of jail card that you have to pay? Why is it always offered to people too, why arent they prosecuted for their actions? So have these two just gotten away with what they did?
