I laughed my butt off when you took of the headphones and walked away - because mentally I was thinking the same thing. I was lucky enough to see them as they were one of the few bands who would come to our city. They were my first pop concert in 1982 (H2O tour) and 1985 (Big Bam Boom). I always crushed on Daryl because of that voice. At 12 years old I knew this guy had major talent. I sang most of my life - at one point my pianist was the bandleader of Duke Ellington Orchestra - and those guys are ace musicians like the guys playing with Hall. We are witnessing a LIFETIME of honing one's craft. I never thought way back in the 80s that Hall would be an even greater singer in his 60s and 70s - but this is what a lifetime of non-stop playing and singing with other musicians can do. Yes he's insanely talented but this is WORK. Love your reactions!!!! If you ever read this consider reacting to Open All Night from Hall & Oates H2O album. Underrated gem. One of my favorites of his vocals from the 80s. Peace.
Saw H&O concert when I was 14 (39 yrs ago) and Darryl's voice was a little cleaner and softer then but he still had that range. Amazing musician and singer.
Joe was all mumbled jaw, as he was wont to do. It was fucking great. STILL HATE THE EAGLES!. just kidding. Gave us bands a hard time when you're playing to 30 drunk white bikers.. Lol
Yes sir, yes sir, yes sir... I loved that you just stopped it at the 4 minute mark, and just had to take a groove breather... because I was thinking the same thing... These guys are all so damn good, just solid musicians that transcend to higher groove and brotherly love. Just all brothers in music, united for an unbelievable jam session... This is what we need more of in the world today!
Those live at Darryl's house shows are worth watching. Interviews, cooking and great music one of my all-time favorites. All in his 250 year old farmhouse.

Jamel...Welcome to Daryl's house...now that's a major rabbit hole so have fun. I've watched a ton of them. Keep up the good work my friend and keep'em coming, they're all good. - Peace -
CEE-LO! Listen, I am 52 years old. I’ve heard this song a lot and I love Hall & Oates. I never saw this performance. CEE-LO killed it! As expected!
t doesn't get any better! Love your reactions and who you are as a person! Thanks Jamel!
"Tears of a Clown" Smokey Robinson - Live from Daryl's House!
YES!!
I know Hall and Oats had a lot of pop hits back in the day but Daryl is LEGIT! Great musician.
I've seen Daryl's House many times. What a great musical show. He's had a variety of artists on.
I love when Daryl starts singing and it's so awesome you're speechless so you just leave the room...love it!
Celo's voice is so smooth in this song. He slays it!
A very rare thing to see these days- *Real Musicians.*
True

It's so sad that this is so true.... but! Theres still hope... right?! Lol
I love how Jamel put up both his hands as if to say" Old School Police, I surrender! "
Nice. Stay in Daryl's House. There's some good stuff there.
YES< please!!!!!
Yes, please!
Yes yes yes. Lots of good stuff. One hell of a rabbit hole that could produce content for weeks.
Oh is there ever great music 🎶
This song was right up Ceelo's alley. Fantastic!
Peace.
Daryl Hall, if you notice, never "warms up" his voice. He simply can hit any note he wishes at any time.
You ever see a lion stretch before it takes down a gazelle?
Saw H&O concert when I was 14 (39 yrs ago) and Darryl's voice was a little cleaner and softer then but he still had that range. Amazing musician and singer.
The version of Papa was a Rolling Stone with Train is total perfection. Seriously flawless
True!!
Rob Thomas at Daryl's house is amazing also.😊🥰
Daryl, so soulful, after all of these years. Thank You!

Daryl’s House is a great show. Check them out. So great hole to go down. Joe Walsh was a favorite episode.
Tom Faigle haha, Yes! Such a great show.
That was a great episode I love joe walsh
Joe was all mumbled jaw, as he was wont to do. It was fucking great. STILL HATE THE EAGLES!. just kidding. Gave us bands a hard time when you're playing to 30 drunk white bikers.. Lol
All of Daryls house videos are wonderful!
THANK YOU!!!! Also please react to Daryl and Cee Lo's performance of "One On One"!!!
I've NEVER been disappointed by any performance from Daryl"s House
A person could make an entire reaction channel for Live at Darryl’s House music!
Truth is this song is so timeless, that if they were to release this version today,it would easily hit Billboards top 20!💯🔥🔥🔥
I'd like to just sit in a corner of Daryl's house and soak up the musical aura that comes through that joint 😎👍

You may enter Daryl's house but you might find it hard to leave.
Seems to me Joe Walsh has a line about that - hard to leave when you can’t find the door... 😎
Love it xoxo
Great Beautiful Music Always Brings "Whites & Blacks" Together....ALWAYS!!! Love It...
Finally someone went to Daryl's house and listened to this song ... Thanks :-)
That whole Ceelo episode of Live From Daryl's House is incredible. All the other episodes are stellar too.
Omg, that was so FUN! And you completely cracked me up when you walked off, Jamel!
Everything at Daryl's house rocks!!!
Todd Rundgren
Jamal, Your great spirit is so contagious and much appreciated
I remember when they did this show, I LOVED it! I’m so happy seeing you stop that and have to walk away it’s too good 😀
The advantage of having great musicians as friends. I miss this show. He should bring it back.
@@ginnywhat5777 Thanks for the info. Can't wait. Do you know if it will just be on youtube or on a station?
Those live at Darryl's house shows are worth watching. Interviews, cooking and great music one of my all-time favorites. All in his 250 year old farmhouse.
I see where this is leading. You're gonna be one on those who goes to somebody's house (Daryl's House), and never leaves.
The cool thing about this song is...it's good enough to be reinterpreted to fit almost any contemporary style.
Love watching Daryl's House. This is one of my all time faves from D's House. Love CeeLo. This is perfect for him. They both nailed it. So much talent in one room. I love how much fun they are having just jamming and how perfect it is. Glad you reacted to this. Now go check out all of them from this session. They are all awesome.
