@Simon and Martina we don't have a specific shop per say, but you can buy cookie time cookies from almost every supermarket or dairy! The best part is at Christmas, or when fundraising... they come out with these GIANT buckets of cookies 😍
I wonder if they changed the recipe for Japan ? Personally I find the NZ ones too sugary. Cookie time cookies in NZ are more known for super large cookies from vending machines, or cookies you buy from regular retail outlets or from franchise owners that turn up at your work. I think there is a factory shop where they produce them but the 'cookie bar' concept is only in one location in NZ (Queenstown) as far as I know. Gotta love a good cookie. At the Minnesota State Fair, one of the key food attractions is Sweet Martha's Cookies, a stand that sells nothing but fresh-baked chocolate chip mini cookies and milk. At last count, there were 12 cashier stations, all of them are manned, and there is never not a mass of lines. They sell cookies by the paper cone (about 18), the cup (about 3 dozen), and by the 1-quart bucket (about 9-10 dozen). Some people come from out of state just to take home a few buckets of those cookies.
Well the breakup seems to be working out pretty well for you. You look good, and there were fewer people to share your justice-shake with. A win-win situation.

I searched and searched online but haven't been able to find any reason for Blue Star to close down their locations in Japan. SO dissapointing! You must try their donuts though!
